John Wester – John did an apprenticeship with
Frank Klausz of Frank’s Cabinet Shop in Pluckemin, NJ. Frank is a premier artisan in northern NJ and nationally known for his woodworking classes, videos, and lectures. John worked at Frank’s Cabinet Shop for several years after his apprenticeship and branched off to form his own company, Garden State Finishing and Refinishing, a company dedicated to the care and restoration of fine furniture. He has been involved in the craft for 44 years.
Rob Paull - Rob grew up as the third generation of a family of woodworkers and carpenters. Although his main area of work has been as a practicing dermatologist, he has been involved
as a sideline in woodworking and home renovation through his adult life.
John & Rob met through a shared passion for fly fishing and have worked together
for several years now doing renovations, repairs, and other construction projects.
We have worked diligently with our crew to perfect the steps involved in the design, construction, and finishing of our furniture. We are also available to service any of
our products after the sale, should that ever be necessary.
